Dear Kambrians! After weeks of hosting educational workshops and hackathons for the Vietnam AI Grand Challenge, we are excited to launch the Community Voting portion of the Challenge.
This is your chance to participate in shaping the outcome of the Challenge and to support all of the amazing teams competing to create the Ultimate AI Virtual Assistant.
The candidates of this online round are 14 teams that were selected to participate in the Demo Round at the Hackathons, excluding the teams that already won prizes. Check out each Team Portal and watch their Pitch Video. Then vote for your favorite team to show your support!

The two teams with the most Community Votes and with at least 200 votes will receive free airfare and accommodations to compete in the Grand Finale in Hanoi on August 15th as part of the AI4VN program. Prior to the Grand Finale, teams will be mentored along with the other winners in an incubation program for one month to optimize their ideas.
Community Voting starts at 7:00 PM UTC+7, July 17th and ends at 11:59 PM UTC+7, July 24th.

How Does Community Voting Work?
Voting is easy!

- Review projects for the 14 teams and decide on your favorite.
- Click “Vote for This Team” and that’s it.
Each account can only vote once and voting cannot be undone.
What Do I Get for Participating?
In addition to supporting our developers, each Kambrian who voted for one of the two teams to advance to the Finale will be entered into a lottery. From that pool, 60 Kambrians will be randomly chosen to win a free t-shirt if you are outside of Vietnam, or a Highlands Coffee gift voucher valued at 150K VND if you are in Vietnam.

About the Vietnam AI Grand Challenge
In conjunction with the Vietnamese government, Kambria has been working alongside McKinsey & Company, VietAI, and the Vietnam Innovation Network to deliver a series of hackathons and educational workshops focused on AI and Robotics. The goal is to develop a deeper understanding of AI within the Vietnamese tech community and to connect talented developers with large corporations; leading projects will be incubated and further developed for global impact.
This initiative is kickstarting the campaign of AI learning and development in Vietnam by gathering the country’s best talent and supporting them with world-class resources. The Vietnam AI Grand Challenge is part of Kambria’s Global Grand Challenge, which will take place in major tech hubs around the world, with the goal of growing Kambria’s user and developer communities.
