We are so proud of Kambria’s amazing team around the globe. Over the next few weeks, we will spotlight our leadership team to share a bit why they are so passionate about Kambria and developing a community. This week, we'd like to introduce you to Lien Cao.

Lien is the Managing Director of Kambria & OhmniLabs Vietnam and has over a decade of experience in operation management. Before joining us, Lien served as the Program Manager of the Advance Program in Computer Science at the University of Science in Vietnam and co-founded BeRich Corporation, where she remains Managing Director.

Admittedly, Lien is not a fan of the spotlight. She prefers to work diligently behind the scenes to ensure that our Vietnam team remains focused and efficient. So please enjoy this quick intro to Lien, an otherwise private person leads from the heart and strives to do little things to make the world a better place.

What led you to Kambria and excites you most about this project?

Probably my curiosity about how the world with robots and other advanced technologies. And my hope that it would be in the hands of good men :).

Have you always been involved in robotics or blockchain?

No, not before I joined Kambria :D.

What Kambria vertical are you most excited or passionate about?

I am passionate about technologies that can help with social issues such as climate change, environmental pollution, water scarcity, food production, special needs, and aging populations.

As a futurist, where do you envision Kambria in the next 1–3 years? What about the impact of robotics & AI on society?

One to three years is still a short timeframe :D. I think our next steps from here (MVP, token distribution) is proving our business model and growth hacking with at least one vertical.

Robotics & AI are big trends now and they have become popular much sooner than I thought! Many corporations want to apply them to their businesses, which is great. Hopefully, in the next 1–3 years we will see many successful case studies, which would be a good prerequisite for mass adoption.

What is your motto?

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” Gandhi

Who do you most admire?

I don’t have anyone specifically in mind. Maybe all the people who are kind, trying their best to contribute to the community and make it better.

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?

Feedback from students and our community that our training, sharing, and products are helpful for them :D.

What questions do you have for Lien? Stay tuned for more stories like this over the next couple of weeks. And thank you for supporting our community!
