Testimonial Highlight: Customer Experience 👴👵
As outlined in the 2024 Roadmap, this year we are focusing on building a Model DAO - Tech-powered Elderly Care DAO - to showcase what we have been developing. With the goal to enter the commercialization phase in 2024, where KAT’s roles are enacted in DAO transactions.
We are working on the MVP development of the DAO technology solution, with features highlighted in the DAO announcement. We aim to be ready for the DAO's Launch event in August. Following the launch, we will begin the fundraising and commercialization phase for this DAO. The initial deployment of the solution will take place in Vietnam.
We are conducting an experiment with a group of Vietnamese Seniors and SeniorBuddies, and we are excited to share some testimonials from this trial with you.

Accompanying Ms. Song was her daughter, Ms. Lien, who played a supportive role during the session. Here’s what she had to share:
“Participating in this Meditation Connection Session was truly valuable and memorable. What surprised me the most was that my mother opened up and shared profound stories I had never heard before.
I observed a 5-minute meditation practice and listened to my mother’s reflections afterward. It was surprising to see how much impact meditation had on her in such a short time.
After the session, I helped my mother complete a survey and introduced her to voice input on Google Docs. Seeing her eyes light up with amazement made me very happy.
Moreover, I had the opportunity to listen to interesting suggestions from senior participants about nutrition topics. I deeply value these insights and look forward to future sessions.”
