Dear Kambria community,
Today, with great anticipation, we are happy to announce forthcoming leadership changes at Kambria for the scaling phase.
- Lien Cao is being promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be in charge of the execution of Kambria Programs, organization operational excellence, communities, and tokenomics,
- Thuc Vu will continue to serve Kambria as its Chief Business Officer (CBO) to grow Kambria's businesses in the scaling phase. He will be in charge of strategic partnerships, large business deals, and the Partner Network of Kambria Global Open Innovation Hubs.
“I’m excited about this upcoming change for our business. After being in my chair for nearly 4 years, I am delighted that we have the opportunity to promote a proven leader from within the firm. Lien is clearly the right person to step in. In her four years at Kambria she has played a key role in developing Kambria's business model,” said Thuc Vu.
“When I joined Kambria, I was drawn to the idea of being part of an organization that could change the future of technology where technology is open and contributing more to society. Now as we see that vision is becoming reality, I myself and the Kambria team are at full speed to complete our duties. Growing Kambria businesses is a critical mission that we need Thuc to step in with his influence. We believe this arrangement is the best for the next scaling phase,” said Lien Cao.
Kambria’s mission and values remain unchanged. In their new positions, Thuc and Lien, working seamlessly with our talented and dedicated team, will continue to grow the company, act on our values and fulfill our commitments to all of our team, partners, communities, and investors.
Please join us in congratulating, and supporting, Lien and Thuc on their new roles.
And in case you are asking what’s next, please stay tuned for the announcement of Kambria DAOs in June. A way for the community to co-own a technology is now opening, and step by step, we are coming closer to the vision of democratizing technology ownership and accelerating innovations.
Sincerely yours,
Kambria.
