📌 Kambria 2025 Year In Review & 2026 Roadmap
2025 in Review: Building the Foundations
👵 Tech-powered Elderly Care DAO (TECD – Model DAO)
- TECD served as Kambria’s Model DAO, showcasing our DAO infrastructure. Kambria acted as Dev Partner and led the commercialization of the Vietnam DAO Hub.
🎉 Key go-to-market experiments included:
- Community Days – “Connecting Generations”
DAO-led events co-organized with universities, partners, and sponsors—turning awareness into real participation. - Connect DAO (DEP)
One DAO dedicated to hosting 300 meaningful connection sessions between young people and seniors, showing strong traction from a community-based model.
🧩 Kambria DAOs Framework 1.0
- Launched a user-friendly DAO interface
- Shifted from a top-down approach to a bottom-up model via the DAO Experimentation Program (DEP)
🧪 DAO Experimentation Program – Cohort 1
4 mini-project DAOs with clear goals:
- Plant 1,000 trees
- Cook 1,000 meals
- Host 300 TECD sessions
- Collect 50 stories
Each DAO received $3,000, with collective proposals, voting, and execution.
2026 Roadmap: From Experiments to Scale
🌍 Capacity Exchange DAO (CED – Model DAO)
A global platform for skill and knowledge exchange, ready to go to market in 2026 with 500 sessions via DEP Cohort 2.

📨 DEP 2 - Sending Invitations to Partners, Ambassadors, and Participants
As we close the first execution cycle of DEP 1, Kambria is officially opening invitations for DAO Experimentation Program – Cohort 2 (DEP 2).
Building on real learnings from DEP 1, DEP 2 is a deeper, longer-form DAO experiment — where communities don’t just test ideas, but explore how value is created, sustained, and regenerated over time using decentralized tools.
🌱 What is DEP 2?
DEP 2 is a real-world DAO experimentation program where participants join or initiate regenerative DAOs, work with an initial seed fund, and collaboratively turn ideas into on-the-ground impact – while learning what it takes to sustain a DAO beyond a single cycle.
✨ What’s new this round?
DEP 2 opens more room for ownership: participants can now propose and launch their own DAO, experiment across creative, exchange, and token-based models, and contribute in ways that fit their strengths.

✨ From Voting to Action: A look back at our journey of execution
Following a successful voting period, the Groups received the allocated funds and executed their ideas on the ground.
This marks a great journey of DAO Groups’ execution with great impact. Across the ecosystem, DAO members actively implemented their approved initiatives, from environmental restoration and community feeding to digital connection and reflective storytelling.
Each activity reflects the core spirit of decentralization: collective ownership, local action, and shared accountability. Throughout this phase, the DEP Team continues to support coordination, transparency, and responsible fund usage as projects move forward.
🌍 How DAOs Are Turning Ideas into Impact
During the Execution Phase, each DAO has taken ownership of its mission and adapted to on-the-ground realities with resilience and collaboration:
- Grow Together DAO is advancing reforestation efforts across Kenya and the Philippines, mobilizing youth, community partners, and volunteers to plant hundreds of trees while navigating weather, logistics, and site challenges.
- Connect DAO is delivering digital connection and memory game sessions for seniors in Nigeria, pivoting recruitment strategies and strengthening team coordination to ensure inclusive participation.
- Nourish DAO is providing nutritious meals to vulnerable communities in Sierra Leone and the Philippines, combining efficient logistics with deep community engagement and care.
- Reflection DAO is documenting stories, lessons, and lived experiences across all DAOs – capturing impact, learning, and human voices to support continuous improvement and shared knowledge.
Together, these efforts demonstrate how decentralized teams can adapt, collaborate, and deliver meaningful outcomes, even amid uncertainty.
