In response to community feedback, we announced our plans moving forward concerning token distribution on April 29th, 2019. In case you missed it, here is the official statement we released last month. As indicated, we are offering OTC services through an independent firm for those who would like to liquidate their tokens in a safe and fair manner. We are also offering equity conversion to qualifying token holders who wish to convert their holdings into equity in Kambria International. If you are interested in using OTC services or Kambria’s equity conversion, please contact Thuc Vu at thuc@kambria.io.
We are dedicated to transparency and integrity, so we wanted to inform you that we have moved all of the remaining tokens out of the smart contract distribution portal into a cold wallet in preparation for both equity conversion and token liquidation. For those private sale participants who do not wish to convert to equity in Kambria International, or take advantage of our liquidation service, we will distribute tokens directly to the wallet addresses that we already have on file. With just over one month remaining before token distribution, we are encouraging interested individuals to reach out prior to the distribution date, April 29th, 2019.
Again, we would like to thank our community for your incredible support. We hope that this will mark the beginning of a new chapter as we are preparing for our next steps in launching Kambria’s Open Innovation Platform. Throughout 2019, we will be deploying our full-feature innovation platform allowing developers across the world to innovate in ways that were not possible before.
