- Capacity Exchange DAO (CED) is a global two-way platform for people to exchange skills, knowledge, and experiences in real-time, online sessions

- Enables participants to seamlessly switch roles as Service Providers or Service Users, fostering a dynamic environment for mutual learning and collaboration

  • Explorers (Service Users) join to discover a Subject they’re curious about
  • Guides (Service Providers) host Sessions to share their knowledge, creativity, or skills

- Supports a wide variety of subjects and domains

- Incentivizes participation by compensating Service Providers while allowing Service Users to access diverse expertise

- Future expansion includes integrating community-driven modules where groups can organize collaborative projects, host thematic events, or build long-term partnerships across domains.

  • Session Introduction Page
    CED helps you create an engaging Session page where Explorers can learn about your Subject and choose to join.
  • Live Learning Sessions
    Use your laptop, tablet, or phone to interact directly with Explorers and explore a Subject together – from practical skills to creative topics.
  • AI Assistance
    CED integrates an AI Virtual Assistant to help with device setup, onboarding, and guiding you smoothly through your Session.

Invitation to become a Guide in CED

If you're looking for a meaningful way to grow, contribute, and connect, becoming a Guide at CED is a wonderful place to start. Step into this journey with us – where your expertise empowers others, your impact grows with every Session, and learning becomes a shared adventure.

As a Guide, you’ll share a Subject you’re experienced in, and this naturally becomes a chance to sharpen your communication, teaching, and technical skills. You’ll also connect with diverse learners from different backgrounds who share the same curiosity and passion for learning.

Your participation is fully flexible – you can host Sessions whenever it fits your schedule, with no fixed time or location required. And in upcoming versions, Guides will receive compensation for hosting Sessions, allowing you to earn while creating real value for learners.

CED is now available on mobile (iOS/Android) and web, and we warmly welcome you to join as one of the first Guides if you:

  • Have knowledge or skill in one of CED’s Suggested Subjects
  • Are willing to guide Explorers through online Learning Sessions
  • Wish to join as either a Service Partner (earning $6 per Session - depends on duration 20/30/40/50 and Expert levels) or a Volunteer Guide
  • Feel comfortable with general technology and are open to learning about Web3/DAO concepts

  • Live Learning Sessions
    Join Sessions using your phone, tablet, or laptop and learn directly from Guides through friendly, interactive conversations.

    Explorers can join Sessions at their own pace – no fixed schedule or long-term commitment required.
  • AI Assistance
    CED’s AI Virtual Assistant supports you with onboarding, device setup, Session reminders, and personalized recommendations.

By joining as an Explorer, you can:

  • Receive 2 pilot Sessions
  • Learn what interests you in a supportive, human-centered environment
  • Grow through meaningful conversations with Guides who bring unique knowledge, creativity, and diverse backgrounds
  • Enjoy low-pressure, comfortable learning, perfect for those who feel shy or unsure
  • Access Sessions anytime, anywhere from mobile or laptop
  • Look forward to future rewards and progress tracking, including learning badges, personalized paths, and milestones
