Dear Kambrians,
The future of collaboration is decentralized — and we’re reaching its tipping point.
As part of Kambria’s mission to pioneer DAO adoption for global good, we’re thrilled to introduce the DAO Experimentation Program — a bold initiative to explore how decentralized technologies can drive real-world impact. We invite you to join us in shaping the future of community governance and co-creation.

Program Purpose
Led by Kambria, this program aims to:
- Explore how decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) can solve pressing community challenges through transparency, co-ownership, and collective intelligence.
- Prototype how global citizens can co-create, manage, and deliver impactful projects using DAO tools.
- Generate insights into decentralized coordination, community governance, and crypto-powered trust.
Why We Experiment
The DAO Experimentation Program is our shared quest to answer meaningful questions:
- Test DAO Usability: Can people from diverse backgrounds use DAOs with minimal onboarding?
- Measure Collective Efficiency: Can decentralized teams coordinate effectively to make a real difference?
- Gauge Trust and Transparency: Do DAOs foster trust, transparency, and a sense of ownership among members?
- Generate DAO Literacy: How does DAO participation change people’s perception of blockchain and its possibilities?
Program Format
We will launch 4 mini-DAOs, each powering a Community Impact Project with $3,000 in crypto funding (USDT).
Each DAO will consist of up to 50 global participants who will form a DAO on XDAO (Polygon) to make collective decisions, manage funds, and bring ideas to life.
Together, we will observe, learn, and evolve — in real time.
DAO Projects: Real Impact, Global Reach
- Grow Together DAO
Goal: Plant 1,000 trees in local communities
Members choose target locations, partners (e.g., NGOs), and allocate budgets for seedlings, logistics, and labor. - Nourish DAO
Goal: Distribute 1,000 nutritious meals to those in need
Members design meal plans, identify local needs, and ensure transparency in spending. - Connect DAO
Goal: Deliver 1,000 TECD connection sessions for senior wellbeing
Members coordinate facilitators, develop session topics, and track emotional impact. - Reflection DAO
Goal: Gather 100+ participant reflections for learning and storytelling
Members curate stories, document lessons, and amplify community voices.
How We Measure Success
Impact goes beyond numbers. But here are a few things we’ll be watching:
- Proposals created, approved, and executed
- Collaboration quality and communication among members
- Tangible impact: trees planted, meals served, lives touched
- Participant feedback and learning takeaways
- DAO UX and onboarding improvement suggestions
What You Get & What We Provide
Kambria will offer:
