📌 Kambria 2024 Year in review and 2025 roadmap
✨ 2024 has been a remarkable year for Kambria, filled with groundbreaking advancements in DAO development, ecosystem expansion, and community engagement. As we wrap up the year, let's take a look back at our achievements and preview the exciting roadmap for 2025.
🔖 2024 Review
🔹 Model DAO - Tech-powered Elderly Care DAO (TECD): MVP development and experimentation completed from Feb - Aug 2024. The Launch event in November featured solution proposals and valuable feedback from the Judge Committee.
🔹 Kambria DAOs Framework MVP: Developed smart contracts for revenue tracking and distribution, ensuring transparency and efficient revenue sharing.
🔹 Ecosystem Building: Launched the Social Impact Innovation Alliance (SIIA) in April with 18 founding projects across Green initiatives, Education, Healthcare, and Technology. The New Member Initiation Event expanded the Alliance to 37 projects.
🔖 2025 Roadmap
🔹 TECD Commercialization & Community Joining: Finalizing the 1st product cycle while launching Vietnam DAO Hub strategies. We plan to onboard and collaborate with a partner to establish the India DAO Hub, followed by expansion into Nigeria, the Philippines, Kenya, and Pakistan. Fundraising (LP Token Sale) opens in February 2025.
🔹 2nd Model DAO - Capacity Exchange DAO (CED): A global platform for exchanging skills, knowledge, and experience across domains such as education, business, creative collaboration, social impact, and technology.
🔹 Kambria DAOs Framework 1.0:
- Expanded currency options: Adding ETH, BSC, and PAXG alongside KAT and USDT.
- On-ramps & off-ramps for fiat-crypto transactions with potential MetaMask integration.
- Smart contract implementation & UI development to enhance DAO accessibility.
🔹 Kambria Token Scalability: Plans include Polygon integration in 2025, with long-term considerations for sharding, custom sidechains, and decentralized rollout of services.

- Community Partners – Drive local engagement and expand the DAO ecosystem. (Holding: $500)
