To begin with, we would like to introduce ourselves
We are from Kambria (kambria.io) - a technology company focused on open innovation, with a strong desire to help build a technological future where technology is more accessible and makes greater contributions to society.
We are currently developing Kambria DAOs, a community-driven model where people can co-own technologies together. One of the DAOs we are introducing in 2024 is TECD (Tech-powered Elderly Care DAO) - a technology-driven solution for elderly care.

TECD - Fostering Love Across Generations with Innovative Care
TECD was created to meet the needs of Seniors seeking connection and meaningful interaction with younger generations, while also exploring and experiencing selected Subjects.
At the heart of the solution are online Connection Sessions between a Senior and a SeniorBuddy, who can guide them through a Subject and is open to friendly conversation.
In the next phase, the solution will expand globally and become two-way: Seniors will also be able to initiate Sessions to share their life experiences with SeniorBuddies. Both Seniors and SeniorBuddies will be able to receive compensation for their contributions and for joining each other's Sessions. We believe the solution will be more complete when the intergenerational bond is truly mutual and supportive.
With this solution, we hope to nurture love and connection across generations through a platform that is accessible, meaningful, and beneficial to all involved.
A simple and meaningful connection experience
Key Features for Young Participants in TECD 2024 Version:
- Connection Session Information Page: TECD will support you in creating an attractive and detailed introduction page for your Connection Session. Seniors will browse these pages and book the session they wish to join.
- Join a Connection Session: You will join a live video Connection Session with a Senior, using a laptop or phone to interact and experience the Subject together (for example, both of you making a recycled craft item).
- AI Virtual Assistant: TECD integrates an AI Virtual Assistant feature to automatically assist you during your usage - for example, guiding you through setting up your device before starting the Session.

- Improve your skills: Each Session where you share a Subject you’re knowledgeable about with a Senior is also a great chance to improve your own skills - not only your knowledge of the Subject but also your communication, presentation, and tech skills.

- Connect with the community your way: Want to join social activities but can’t commit fixed time? With TECD, you can host online Connection Sessions during your free time and engage with the community from anywhere.

TECD is now available on both iOS and Android for mobile phones and tablets, as well as in a web version for laptops.
TECD warmly invites you to become one of the first pioneering members of a community that connects generations, if you:
- Have expertise in one of the Subjects listed in TECD’s Suggested Subjects.
- Are willing to guide Seniors in that Subject and accompany them through online Connection Sessions.
- Are interested in joining TECD as a SeniorBuddy - either as a Service Partner (earning $6 per Session) or as a Volunteer (for Sessions where you'd like to contribute as an act of kindness, with no payment).
- Are familiar with technology in general and blockchain in particular.
